CSSC’s Singapore Trip Successfully Completed

During the last week in April, CSSC delegation has made its regular trip to Singapore.
 
Upon this opportunity, delegation showed up at the SEA-ASIA exhibition held in Marina Bay Sands Convention Center, visited long-term customers and toured around PSA Container terminal.

Notably, Singapore port has obviously witnessed a lifted performance due to reshuffle of shipping giant alliances. Since then, 8 more liner services per week was added to Singapore port, average capacity of calling ships jumps to 12200 teu from 1200 teu.

It’s obvious the alliance’s reshuffle has influenced on some ports’ performance, such as the unprecedented congestion in Shanghai port.

While on the other hand, Singapore port’s container throughout volume has increased and this trend looks positive.
